Before Camp Registration Opens
- Research camp options (type, location, dates, cost)
- Check your family calendar for travel or conflicts
- Ask other parents for recommendations and reviews
- Confirm age and grade requirements for each camp
- Set a calendar reminder for when registration opens
- Prepare payment method (some camps fill fast)
During Camp Registration
- Register as soon as registration opens for popular camps
- Double-check dates, session times, and locations
- Note early-bird discounts or sibling discounts
- Add camp dates to your family calendar immediately
- Save confirmation emails in a dedicated folder
- Request before/after care if needed
After Registering for Camp
- Complete all required health and medical forms
- Submit immunization records if required
- Note any required gear or supply purchases
- Share camp details with co-parent, grandparents, or caregivers
- Set up carpool or transportation arrangements
- Review cancellation and refund policies
- Mark payment due dates if on an installment plan
One Week Before Camp Starts
